Your jewelry is designed to withstand the normal rigors of modern life, but keep in mind that it's still made from precious metals and delicate stones, so a bit of TLC goes a long way. Always store your ring in jewel box, not letting it rub against other jewelry pieces to avoid scratching.

How to clean gold:

Soak in warm water with a few drops of detergent-free soap. Clean gently with a very soft brush. Rinse under clean water and blot dry with a cloth.

How to clean silver:

Put a small amount of silver polish on a clean cloth, dampened if necessary. Rub the polish on your item in an up-and-down motion. Turn the cloth frequently as you work, so tarnish isn't deposited back on your item. Rinse in warm water and buff with a clean, dry cloth to shine. You can also use polish wipes.

Our Gold-Dipped jewelry is 925 silver generously dipped in 14k gold. Our gold plating is twice the thickness of industry standard ensuring superior wear over time.

Our silver pieces undergo a special high polish treatment to achieve that gleaming White Silver look you love so much. Unlike gold which never tarnishes, silver will develop ‘patina’ overtime when exposed to light and air. Some people adore the patinated look because it adds more depth to their pieces, while others polish it off with a cloth to maintain the bright silver appearance. It's up to you, honeybuns!

Absolutely not. We only use solid gold and sterling silver in our jewelry.

We use both, cultivated and nature-found gemstones in our designs. The main difference between the two is how they came about. Natural stones are formed in nature, while cultivated stones are grown to perfection in labs, under the supervision of scientists, over the course of months. Our cultivated stones are real, valuable gemstones - not cheap glass imitations - and molecularly identical to their nature-found counterparts. Each product page contains detailed information about the stone’s origins.

We searched far and wide to bring you the best quality porcelain we could find. The city of Yixing in the Jaingsu Province is known as the 'ceramics capital' of China. Pottery is an ancient tradition there: Yixing wares have been exported to Europe since the 17th century!

Our factory are masters of molding, glazing and firing the porcelain, so you may enjoy the most exquisite teacups you've ever laid your eyes - and lips - on.

Both are types of porcelain. Historically, animal bone ash was mixed into clay - giving it the name 'bone china' - to make porcelain. However, today's technology allows us to forego this bizarre, outdated (yet still widely used) method.
